Common Holland Lop colors to get to know............

Left Photo: Eugene was an example of a TORT color, short for tortoise. 


And on the right photo: GearUP, the Shamrock Rabbit cover rabbit, was an example of a BROKEN TORT. Broken means that the rabbit is white mixed with another color.

This is a pair of bunnies (also called kits). The one on the left is a BROKEN BLACK or possible a BROKEN BLUE and the one on the right is a BLUE TORT. 

Hollands also commonly come in black at Shamrock Rabbits. Also, sometimes or rarely we will get as fawn, black otter or cream. Still other colors like chocolate are rare and Shamrock hasn't ever had one.
