
BUNNIES FOR SALE

*Please note that at birth the color of a bunny may not always be clear but by a week old it almost always is.
*Bunnies are sexed typically at three to four weeks initially. Often the sex is clear at this time but mistakes can be made so typically by five to weeks it becomes almost always clear.
*Since the eyes of bunnies are closed till about 10-12 days old and to avoid disturbing the mother (dam), photos are not typically taken till at least three weeks old.
*Please note that the standard weaning date is eight weeks after birth for Holland Lop bunnies. However, in many cases, at seven weeks (absolute earliest) a bunny can be weaned.

FUN RABBIT FACT:
According to Wikipedia, the rabbit is a member of the Lagomorpha family. The lagomorphs are the members of the taxonomic order Lagomorpha, of which there are two living families: the Leporidae (hares andrabbits) and the Ochotonidae (pikas). The name of the order is derived from the Ancient Greek lagos (λαγώς, "hare") +morphē (μορφή, "form"). There are about eighty species of lagomorph include thirty species of pika, twenty species of rabbit and cottontail, and thirty species of hare.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are welcome & are encouraged to hold a rabbit. Please ask about the deposit policy up- front, if you have questions. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes his/her mind, does not communicate intentions or if his/her contact information is invalid. After a reasonable period of time or if the customer makes it clear that he/she is no longer interested, then the reserved rabbit may be sold to another customer and the deposit forfeited.
However, if a specific bunny/rabbit reserved dies, or becomes unavailable for a valid reason and a reasonable replacement is not available, then the deposit will be refunded or transferred to another rabbit.
